Options

The 'Options' is found under the 'Dict' Menu.
There are few areas in the Options screen, and we'll cover all of them in this page

How many tries?
This means the number of gusses you are allowed, before 'The Dictator' shows you the right answer.
When choosing 'Unlimited', you can have as many tries as
you like. When choosing this option, the only way to see the right answer
is by pressing the 'I GIVE UP!' button.

The 'Order' in which 'The Dictator' displays the data you've inserted.
This can be according to the order in which you've inserted the data, in an alphabetic order, or it can be displayed randomly.

'Give Grade' - When this option is checked, in the end of each 'dictation', 'The Dictator' will tell how many right answers you had.
'Use all words' - When this option is checked, you will be tested on ALL the information you've entered. When it is not checked, you have to specify the number of words you wish to be tested on in the 'How many' field.
'Case Sensitive' - When checked, 'The Dictator' is case sensitive.
This means, if the original word had various cases (Upper case letters, and lower case letters), you'll be expected to write your answers in the same cases.

When checked, all sound options will be enabled.

When the 'Record For' checkbox is marked, the recording time will be limited to the time you specify in the 'Seconds' field. Otherwise, recording time will be unlimited.
